Extremely well written and I just thank my friend for pointing me toward this for an entertaining and informative read. I'm going to need to read it twice as the 2nd half twisted my brain in interesting ways which requires my monkeybrain to go through it again.

Thank you for putting in the time for this -- again well done ser!

If net QE happens and the stock market still falls, but Bitcoin and crypto go up, that would be a first right? Crypto has correlated to risk assets like stocks and the Altcoin market in particular to the Russell 2000 in recent years.

Your discussion about the 1970's inflation era made me think of the Exeter Experiment, which I recently came across. If you haven't heard of it give it a quick look, https://centerforneweconomics.org/publications/borsodis-search-for-honest-money/

My Favorite quote from it is "there is not a single technical problem which cannot be solved in connection with establishing a stable dollar, a stable pound, a stable mark, or a stable franc. The problem which is insoluble is how to get politicians to give up the political leverage inflation provides for keeping them in office," Dr. Borsodi created the first stablecoin in 1974, talk about ahead of his time.

Yet BTC has been following the 500 down...

Much to our chagrin...(Frowning face)

Can we say BTC could barbell fiat fed/treasury ..That's the hope...

Do you remember the line

'hard or soft option '

Plus plans to expand Stables USD. Somehow that dovetails...can they push out enough dollars in stables ? Is that the end game ?
